We were approached by global commercial real estate firm Avison Young to help build a marketing document for their Workplace Strategies group that would serve to introduce some of the consulting services that they offer, as well as educate on some of the latest trends and data on office environments.
The target market was varied- from C-suite executives of Fortune 500 companies, to a younger generation of entrepreneurial managers. For this reason, we created a periodical-style booklet that could present the information in a digestible format, and featuring an approachable illustration style that is reminiscent of popular magazines such as Monocle and the New Yorker.
